Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 1-3** business days after payment confirmation.
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail! All are insured with tracking with the exception of over seas shipping.

Please be aware that even though I will prep and ship your order within the 1-3** day window I cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once your package is in the postal service hands I no longer have control over it. Most packages do arrive within 10 days but this is not guaranteed. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

*All items are bubble wrapped and nestled in recycled shredded paper or kraft paper.

**Special order or custom clay items will ship in 7-10 business days to allow for the product to be made. Special order or custom scrapbook albums will ship in 3-4 weeks to allow the product to made. In some circumstances these can be made quicker and I will always strive to get your custom order out as quickly as possible.

I do my best to insure that all items will arrive safely, however, things can happen during shipping that are out of my control, see my refund policy for any further clarification in the Damages and Issues section.
